Massages can be for a variety of reasons such as rehabilitation, a recovery aid or just to loosen up those tight muscles. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

You don’t have to be a sports player to have a sports massage. Gym goer or not, sports massage can help with aches and pains caused by tightness, muscle imbalance and overuse. I also have experience giving general maintenance massages, treating sciatica, frozen shoulders and lower back pain. I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a treatment room in the Worthing area.
