This is a great way to spend an hour. Twice a week 10 people get together and work like crazy. With a variety of classes and different ability skill sets, group training is the perfect way to keep fit.

Each person within the group can achieve optimum results and still receive personal tuition, whilst exercising to your individual ability. It is a fun way to exercise, ensuring you have the motivation to achieve your goals. It is a cheaper option than one to one personal training sessions.

I am half way through my 10 week training and I have already signed up for the next one!
